Quorum Business Solutions, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively, “Quorum”, “we” or “us”) is committed to safeguarding the privacy of its website and product users (“Users” or “you”) in accordance with this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy” or “Policy”).

Where we process Personal Information in our capacity as Processors in connection with our products, we do so on behalf of, and according to instructions from, our customers. We do not collect any sensitive or special category data about you.

  • Identification and authentication: We use your identification information to verify your identity when you access and use our Services, or otherwise engage with us, and to help ensure the security of your Personal Information. This is necessary to provide the requested Services.

Our Services use analytics to help improve both the user experience and functionality. We use external services, including Google Analytics, to attain real-time statistics on use and navigation of the Website, including page views, traffic patterns, visit counts, and visit statistics.

  • To fulfil our contractual obligations to Users - provision of Personal Information is necessary to fulfil our contractual obligations with you (for example to provide our Service);

  • Object to processing of their Personal Information. Users may have the right to object to Quorum's processing of their Personal Information.

  • Access their Data. Users may have the right to obtain a copy of their Personal Information.

  • Seek rectification. Users have the right to ask for their Personal Information held by us to be updated or corrected.

  • Restrict the processing of their Personal Information. Users may have the right to request the restriction of our use of their Personal Information.

  • Have their Personal Information deleted or otherwise removed. Users may have the right to erase their Personal Information.

  • Receive their Personal Information and have it transferred to another controller. Users may have the right to receive their Personal Information in a usable electronic format and, if technically feasible, to have it transmitted to a third party / another controller without any hindrance. (Right to data portability).

  • Lodge a complaint. We are committed to working with you to obtain a fair resolution of any complaint or concern about privacy. However, Users may have the right to bring a claim before their local data protection authority.

4. Information Sharing

We disclose the categories of Personal Information described above to the following categories of persons:

  • Our service providers, including vendors, consultants, and other service providers who perform services or functions on our behalf, for business purposes. For example, our service providers include companies who support us with marketing, sales, consulting, communications, software maintenance and support, web services, analytics, social media, market research, auditing, security, user verification, localization, and payment processing.

  • Our group companies, as we work closely with other businesses and companies that fall under our group family. We may share certain about, for example, your employment history or browsing history on our Websites for marketing purposes or internal reporting.

  • Provide our enterprise customers with Usage Data regarding their license;

  • Defend or bring any existing or potential legal claims or raise issues between us and the licensing organization;
  • Enforce security standards and protect against unauthorized access or fraud;
  • Comply with record retention requirements under applicable law;
  • Meet our legal obligations including financial, accounting, tax, or export obligations;
  • Maintain business records for internal purposes, such as in connection with analyses or audits.

Personal Information will be deleted when it is no longer required for the purposes stated in this Policy. If there is any information that we are unable, for technical reasons, to delete entirely from our systems, we will put in place appropriate measures to prevent any further processing or use of the information.

Personal Information is processed at Quorum’s operating facilitates and in any jurisdictions where the parties involved in the processing are located, including the United States and India.

Depending on the User’s location, data transfers may involve transferring the User’s Personal Information to a country other than their own, which may not be regarded as having an adequate level of protection for Personal Information under local laws.

In order to help ensure that your information is protected when transferred outside of the European Union, we have put in place appropriate safeguards (such as contractual commitments) in accordance with applicable legal requirements to provide adequate protections for your Personal Information.

  • Right to Delete: You have the right to request that we delete any of your Personal Information that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions.
  • Right to Correct: You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate Personal Information that we maintain about you.
  • Right to Non-discrimination: You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising any of your CCPA rights.

How to exercise your rights

To exercise your rights to know, delete, or correct, you need to submit your verifiable request by contacting us using the contact details provided in the “Contacting Us” section of this Policy.

For us to respond to your request, it’s necessary that we know who you are. Therefore, we may require additional information from you in order to verify your identify based on the Personal Information we have about you, such as your name, email address, and phone number, or that you confirm your identify by logging into your account with us.

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request under the CCPA on your behalf by providing us with a copy of your power-of-attorney document or signed authorization granting that right.

How and when we are expected to handle your request

We will confirm receipt of your verifiable request within 10 days and provide information about how we will process your request.

We will respond to your request within 45 days of its receipt. Should we need more time, we will explain to you the reasons why, and how much more time we need. In this regard, please note that we may take up to 90 days to fulfil your request.

Our disclosure(s) will cover the preceding 12 month period.
